We are committed to providing quality AI companionship services. To ensure fairness and sustainable operations, subscriptions and Coins are generally non-refundable once purchased. The specific rules are as follows:

1. Subscription Refund Rules

  • After a subscription is activated, the remaining subscription period is generally non-refundable (whether or not used).
  • Yearly, quarterly and monthly plans are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.
  • Only in the following rare cases, and after our verification, may we handle a refund at our discretion: a major technical failure on our side that renders the Services completely unusable for more than 72 consecutive hours; or a clear duplicate charge error.

2. Coin Refund Rules

  • Coins are virtual goods and are credited immediately upon successful purchase.
  • Consumed Coins: Non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Unused Coins: Non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If a system fault causes Coins not to be credited correctly or to be deducted in error, we may, after verification, reissue the corresponding Coins or process a refund.

3. Exceptions and Legal Requirements

Where applicable law (e.g., consumer protection laws in certain jurisdictions) mandatorily requires a right of refund, we will process refunds in accordance with the law. Otherwise, we reserve the final decision on all refund requests.

If an account is restricted or banned due to the user's violation of the Terms of Service (including but not limited to providing a false age, abusing the Services, or inducing prohibited content), fees paid and Coins will not be refunded under any circumstances.

4. Refund Process

  • Submit a refund request to [email protected].
  • Provide the order number, reason for the refund and relevant screenshots.
  • We will review the request within a reasonable time; processing generally takes 5–14 business days.
  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned via the original payment method.

5. Canceling a Subscription

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time in account settings.
  • After cancellation, no new charges will be incurred, but the current paid period is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation does not affect already unlocked benefits until the end of the current period.
  • Canceling a subscription does not affect the Coin balance in the account (but Coins remain subject to this Refund Policy and are generally non-refundable).

6. Final Provisions

We reserve the final right of interpretation regarding refund requests and may adjust this Policy in accordance with applicable law. All refunds are based on platform records. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be granted.
