1. Non-Member Experience

  • Non-member users may have 30 free text conversations with digital characters.
  • Once the limit is reached, the account will be locked. Users must upgrade to VIP membership or purchase Coins to continue chatting.

2. VIP Membership

We offer VIP Membership, which unlocks text conversations, memory capabilities and a full companionship experience within the bounds of reasonable use.

Current main benefits include:

  • Heartwarming message replies (within reasonable use policy)
  • Excellent memory capability, like a close friend (subject to technical and reasonable use limitations)

We reserve the right to impose reasonable limits on usage frequency, reply length, memory scope and similar features based on service stability, cost and the need to prevent abuse. Abuse or abnormal usage may result in feature restrictions or account action.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer the following flexible subscription plans (auto-renewing, cancellable at any time):

  • Monthly: First period $9.95 (original $19.9, 50% OFF), then renews at full price.
  • Quarterly: First period $24.95 (original $49.9, 50% OFF), then renews at full price.
  • Yearly: First period $89.95 (original $179.9, 50% OFF), then renews at full price.

Notes:

  • Auto-renewal: Unless you cancel in advance, the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period.
  • Introductory offer: 50% OFF is applied automatically; no promo code needed. Renewals are at full price.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time in account settings. After cancellation, you may continue using the Services until the end of the current period, but the subscription will not auto-renew.
  • Taxes: Final amount is as shown on the checkout page (including applicable taxes).
  • Payment methods: Credit cards, debit cards and other secure channels are supported; additional payment methods will be added over time.

4. Coins (Virtual Currency)

To meet the needs of users who wish to continue conversations after using up their VIP allowance, we offer Coin purchases.

  • Coins may be used to redeem additional text conversation turns.
  • Users may purchase Coins after exhausting VIP benefits, or as a non-member supplement, on an as-needed basis.
  • Coins are credited to the account immediately upon purchase and may be used for conversations on the current account.
  • Coins are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may only be used within the rizzora.ai Services.
  • Coins have no expiration date, but unused Coins will become void and non-refundable if the account is banned, deleted or the Services are terminated (except where required by law).
  • Specific Coin package prices and exchange rates are as displayed on the purchase page at the time of purchase.

5. Relationship between VIP and Coins

  • VIP members enjoy corresponding benefits within the bounds of reasonable use during the subscription period.
  • After VIP benefits are exhausted, users may choose to purchase Coins to continue conversations without immediately renewing.
  • Coins and VIP subscriptions are independent. Purchasing Coins does not automatically extend or affect the VIP subscription period.

6. Refund Rules

See the Refund Policy. After a subscription is activated and after Coins are purchased, refunds are generally not provided (except where required by law or expressly provided in this Policy).
