Data Authorization Statement
Effective Date: September 2026
This Statement supplements the Privacy Policy and sets out the purposes and conditions for processing information in connection with the rizzora.ai digital companion Services. It is subject to applicable data-protection law and does not exclude or limit any right that cannot lawfully be waived. Defined terms have the meanings given in the relevant document. In case of conflict between language versions, the English version shall prevail unless applicable law requires otherwise.
1. Third-Party Login Authorization
When you choose to sign in with a third-party account such as Apple, Google or Facebook, you authorise us to obtain and use the basic profile information provided by that third party (such as name, avatar, email and account identifier, subject to your authorisation settings on the third-party platform). We use such information only for account creation, login verification, profile display and service security, and will not use it beyond what is necessary.
2. User Input Content Authorization
For chat content, preference settings and other interactive content you input, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify and distribute such content within the scope of providing, maintaining and improving the Services. You retain ownership of your input content. This licence does not replace any consent or other lawful basis required for processing personal data.
3. AI Processing and Model Training
Conversation content and relevant history may be processed by us and our AI service providers to generate replies and support conversation continuity and memory. That processing is part of providing the Services and is distinct from model training. Relevant conversation content may be transmitted to an AI provider to generate a reply. Such transmission does not, by itself, authorise unrelated use or model training. By using the Services, you consent to our use of related chat content, preferences and interaction data for model training and optimisation in accordance with the Privacy Policy, preferring de-identified or aggregated processing where appropriate. Where the law requires separate consent, we will obtain it separately. Use of the Services alone does not replace that separate consent. Access to basic conversation features is not conditioned on ongoing consent to training.
A separate in-product training opt-out control may not currently be provided. You may nevertheless submit a withdrawal of training consent by reasonable notice to [email protected] without first deleting your account. Withdrawal applies to the relevant consent-based processing and does not invalidate processing lawfully carried out beforehand, nor does it prevent continued generation of replies and provision of memory features. We shall not rely on anonymisation to avoid obligations concerning data that remains identifiable.
4. Withdrawal and Changes of Authorization
You may withdraw consent to the collection, use or disclosure of personal data by giving reasonable notice to [email protected]. We shall inform you of the likely consequences and cease the relevant consent-based processing, including by our data intermediaries and agents, unless processing without consent is required or authorised by law. Withdrawal may affect a feature where the processing is necessary to provide it. Retention required for lawful purposes and prior lawful processing remain subject to applicable law. Any additional consent required by law shall be obtained separately.
